This award recognizes a woman who has made significant strides in running a business.

Eligibility Criteria

Female Ownership: The business must be at least 51% owned by a woman.
Geographical Location: The nominee must be currently residing in the U.S., with their registered business located in North Carolina (NC) or South Carolina (SC). Self-employed individuals are also eligible, particularly for the "Top Service Provider" category.
Background: The nominee should be an immigrant from Eastern Europe or the Caucasus region.
Business Operation: The business or self-employment should have been operational for a certain duration, preferably at least 2 years.
Compliance and Ethical Practice: Adherence to ethical business practices and good legal standing.
Diversity and Inclusion: Efforts in promoting diversity within their business and industry are desirable.
Impact: The business should have a measurable impact on the local economy, employment, or industry.
