Eligibility Criteria

This award recognizes excellence in service provision by a woman-owned business.

Female Ownership: The business must be at least 51% owned by a woman.
Geographical Location: The nominee must be currently residing in the U.S., with their registered business located in North Carolina (NC) or South Carolina (SC). Self-employed individuals are also eligible, particularly for the "Top Service Provider" category.
Background: The nominee should be an immigrant from Eastern Europe or the Caucasus region.
Business Operation: The business or self-employment should have been operational for a certain duration, preferably at least 2 years.
Customer Satisfaction: High levels of customer satisfaction, possibly evidenced by reviews, testimonials, or surveys.
Quality of Service: Demonstrated commitment to quality in service delivery.
Innovation in Service Delivery: Implementation of innovative methods or technologies in providing services.
Market Impact: Evidence of influence or impact in the service industry.
Professional Recognition: Any other industry awards, accreditations, or recognitions.
